This was a proposed magazine for Alfa Romeo owners in the UK. We came up with the name 'Cuore Sportivo', literally 'sporting heart' in Italian, based on Alfa Romeo's distinct heart-shaped grille. The visual style was clean, minimal and slightly retro, letting the photography do the talking - building on the quality and prestige associated with the marque. Editorially, the idea was to keep an overall 'travelogue' flavour, reflecting the international nature of the driver's clubs, while giving an overview on motoring in general.

A new magazine was required for Blue Badge tour guides that had the feel of a high-quality Sunday supplement. ‘The Guide’ features stories by and for the Blue Badge guides themselves, from new and unusual tours, a ‘my favourite’ section, and ‘Legends, Lies and Lore’ – a light-hearted look at historical stories. Each issue feature a main profile piece - Lucy Worsley, the BBC presenter and historian is the focus of this issue.
